Danielle M. and the Glory Junkies is lead by Boston singer/songwriter and guitarist Danielle Miraglia. Their sound combines the blues rock vibe of the Rolling Stones and Janis Joplin with Danielle's signature lyrical ability to explore human at its best and worst.
Lauren Daley at the Boston Globe writes, "Straddling the line where folk/roots meets rock/blues, Miraglia has a voice that can go from a raspy come-hither purr to an Etta James-esque powerhouse belt, although she may be best know for her lead thumb- a heavy, thumping strike on her Gibson that's backdrop percussion in itself."
Along with her bandmates Laurence Scudder (Ryan Montbleau Band, Spotted Tiger), Erik White(The Brothers McCann), Jim Larkin(Jesse Dee Band) and Chris Anzalone (Room Full of Blues, The Revelations), this band will not disappoint. The Glory Junkies were nominated for best Blues Artist of The Year by the Boston Music Awards for 2018.
